Segar Kitchens opened its doors in 2021 in Taman Molek with a single grain bowl and a stubborn belief: healthy food should be quick, affordable, and taste like someone actually cared about it.
What started as a 12-seat counter has grown into two Johor Bahru kitchens serving thousands of regulars every month — office workers on their lunch break, gym-goers refuelling, families building their own bowls on a Sunday.
We still cook the way we did on day one: fresh ingredients, honest nutrition labels, and prices that make healthy eating a daily choice instead of an occasional splurge.
